Originally from Canada, Terry has worked in Canada, the USA, and Europe. Terry has an associate degree in Finance, a Social Sciences Degree, and an MBA as well as a Canadian Accounting designation. Terry spent almost thirty years employed in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry for three different companies.
Since 2017 he has worked as a small business mentor with Fox Cities Score and writes occasional columns for the Business News. Terry made occasional guest appearances as co-host on Biztalk in 2018 then later that year became a permanent co-host.
Terry and his wife Kim have been married for over 30 years, living in the Fox Cities for over 20 of those years in two different stints. They have three children, all of whom have graduated and are working full-time in the Fox Cities.

Rick Sense is a life-long resident of northeast Wisconsin. He attended UW-Oshkosh and obtained his BA in International Studies, International Business, and Political Science. He went on to earn a certification from Indiana University in Fundraising.
Rick works for the Greater Green Bay Chamber and has served as a district chief of staff to two members of Congress. He spent more than 15 years working in the financial industry at Community First Credit Union and served as the fundraiser, webmaster, and government affairs director for Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin.
