How I Can Help You

I look to assist small business clients in many aspects of their business, whether it be related to business planning, getting a handle on various legal and regulatory areas that impact businesses (though SCORE volunteers do not provide legal advice) and I can help client’s brainstorm ideas they have. My career trajectory went from being an engineer to becoming an attorney.

The bulk of my career was in the legal department of a large healthcare company, such that I have broad knowledge of the healthcare world and most business issues that arise for healthcare providers. In my healthcare attorney role I was closely engaged with the business in a broad array of areas. My practice was predominantly in contract drafting, negotiation and interpretation, as well as regulatory guidance. I have been a SCORE Mentor for a number of years, and enjoy helping others.
