I help SCORE clients think differently about a wide range of business challenges and help them craft solutions unique to their business situation. I have worked in large international companies, midrange and small companies and I have successfully operated my own consulting business since 2006.
I have experience in Insurance, banking, nonprofit, consulting, manufacturing, distribution, and I’ve found that a lot of the challenges are the same no matter what industry you are in. I worked as a member of the executive team in a company that went through 3 CEO’s and 4 changes in ownership over a 10-year period. I’m familiar with M&A, having gone through the due diligence process multiple times, and I have worked in companies owned by Private Equity Firms.
Many of my clients are not clear on how technology can help their business and I help them select the right technology solutions for their business. As part of that selection, I negotiate contracts with small companies as well as multimillion-dollar contracts with companies such as IBM, Microsoft and Oracle.
