I can provide guidance and advise on starting a new business from a business and financial plan, needed trusted advisors to marketing, sales and communication strategies. For existing businesses I can mentor in the all business aspects, especially operational areas of manufacturing, purchasing, inventory control, warehousing, production planning and scheduling, shipping and receiving, distribution, quality control, inspection. I can also assist with office, facilities and maintenance management, customer and sales service, product development.. As a SCORE mentor, I have worked with people who had an idea but no business yet so did business startup and business plan. I also worked with established small businesses needing to manage their business better, improving customer relations, better budgeting, upgrading marketing and sales strategies. I have mentored numerous employees to advance their careers and those in transition. I have also done consulting with organizations in a number of areas including document control, systems implementation and contract negotiation.
