I can help improve business performance in operations, sales and customer satisfaction/experience. As a senior executive in the telecommunications industry (Cable TV, High Speed Internet and Phone), a management consultant and entrepreneur, I have helped companies grow sales, optimize business processes and operations and improve customer satisfaction. In addition to my professional experience, I also co-founded, Proteus Gowanus, a community based art gallery/event space in Brooklyn. I also was a Board Member of Brooklyn Community Housing and Services (an organization committed to ending homelessness in Brooklyn) and Kentler International Drawing Space (a community arts center and gallery) for many years.
