I can help clients think through their business model, being the basis of their future or current business strategy. This often includes brainstorming on other ideas to help clients think outside the box; to help identify new opportunities they may not yet have considered. I have mentored many, many clients with SCORE during the last 12 years and have become very familiar with multiple small business sectors and markets, the problems and issues that clients face, and also the multiple resources that are available to help clients move forward.
