I can help you with retailing and chain stores, in purchasing and managerial functions as well as daily operations and merchandising. My experience includes all aspects of the retail business including single and chain store operations, as well as the purchase and/or sale of stores. I acquired a single store and evolved that business into a successful chain of seventeen stores. In the expansion phase, I acquired businesses by purchase and/or greenfielding them. I eventually sold the business to a national manufacturer. I have also served as the head of a national purchasing cooperative.
