For over 40 years, Neil has counselled clients generally on commercial matters. After 20 years in private practice, Neil was a Senior Staff Attorney with Lawyers Alliance for New York for more than 16 years and currently works in-house for nonprofits. He taught regularly while at Lawyers Alliance on various legal aspects of establishing and operating a nonprofit entity. He holds a LL.B. (Joint Honours) from the University of Glasgow, Scotland and LL.M. from Columbia University School of Law.
