Broward SCORE led a workshop today on Strategic Planning for the Kingdom Entrepreneur members of the Bethany Baptist Church in Sunrise Florida. The faith based entrepreneurs and small business owners within the ministry approached SCORE to work with them on moving their businesses forward. Chapter Chairman George Gremse and Director of Administration Ed Joffe facilitated the hands-on workshop on-site at the church. The participants represented a number of different backgrounds – construction, retail clothing sales, Telecommunications, event planning, non-profits, creative design, etc. The workshop covered how to do external and internal assessments, a SWOT analysis, choosing key areas for focus, identifying strategic objectives and establish action plans.
