ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - May 13, 2015) - On April 29, 2015, On The Money welcomed to the studio Peter Hildebrandt with SCORE. Host Joe Moss sat down with Hildebrandt to discuss the process of starting a new business.

Hildebrandt is a Certified Mentor with SCORE, a nonprofit association dedicated to helping small businesses get off the ground, grow and achieve their goals through education and mentorship. Founded over 50 years ago, SCORE has more than 320 chapters that hold events and workshops locally across the U.S. and its territories, and match up entrepreneurs with local, volunteer mentors. In addition to mentors, SCORE provides free business tools, templates and tips, free confidential business counseling, and local workshops and webinars.

SCORE's work is supported by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). This, along with a network of over 11,000 volunteers, enables SCORE deliver their services at no charge or at very low cost. "Anyone can sit down for mentoring sessions with a SCORE mentor, and it’s always free," explained Hildebrandt. "The SCORE mentors are all successful business people who have either started their own business or been executives in larger organizations."
