Education Summit Honors Ken Yancey CEO of SCORE with Achievement Award
Washington, D.C. – The Future of Entrepreneurship Education Summit, held at the University of Central Florida presented Ken Yancey, CEO of SCORE, with the Lifetime Achievement Award for his outstanding years of dedication towards education for entrepreneurs and small business owners.
This award honors Ken Yancey as a small business champion and for his leadership in the advancement of entrepreneurial support and education. Ken has been a fundamental part of helping entrepreneurs and small businesses nationwide start or grow their businesses.
The Future of Entrepreneurship Education Summit is an initiative of Extreme Entrepreneurship Education (http://www.extremetour.org/), a company run by individuals in their twenties who spread the entrepreneurial mindset to tens of thousands of students a year. At this year’s summit the discussions focused on how the entrepreneurship education field can be scaled to help decrease global unemployment.
