My career has been in the practice of law in Massachusetts since 1975 both as a sole practitioner and in partnership with others in other ventures. I can take Score clients through the process of an idea, through to establishing relationships with cofounders to starting the business and handling the issues on startup and creating a business plan and establishing financing and then dealing with marketing and licensing issues and employees with and without benefits and then establishing relationships with accountants, legal specialists, bookkeepers, outside consultants and all else which will deal with issues and hurdles which will be confronted. I also will be able to discuss leaving the business and preparing for retirement.
