My 35 year career focused on management of multi-factory manufacturing organizations which also included an equal amount of importing of manufactured products from around the globe. Key areas of expertise included cost analysis and control, forecasting, capital expenditures, manpower management, and government compliance issues. For the last 20 years of my career, government contracting was a significant element of sales for those manufactured products, so for the last 5 years I taught small business owners how to find, bid, and win local, state, and federal contracts to increase their business growth. In those 5 years my clients reported winning $124M in contracts.
