*** SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT *** I specialize in strategic thinking with a painful tendancy to be the devils advocate, finding holes in business plans and helping to fill them. I have a background in building decision models, re-engineering organizations, and setting a long-term strategy in place for the management team. While my career was largely in technology for 25 years, I have transitioned to the arts and entertainment industry in the music, film, and novel business primarily as a writer who can assist with the business of making money and the reality of doing so as a creative professional. My experience has been largely corporate with many non-profit endeavors. My preference is start ups, but if the shareholders and/or management are ready for re-engineering, Im willing to work with them to evolve their organization. I am a member of Rotary International.
