My background as an executive is going unused and I'm looking to continue learning and stay active while helping others. I have been the Chief Exec. Officer for 3 different size Boy Scout Councils and my last position was as the Deputy Regional Director. I had oversight of our 20 largest operations in the upper mid west of the US. I've been responsible for recruiting thousands of volunteers and have worked with Exec. Boards with key community leaders.
