
This workshop will provide an overview of business accounting principles. Every business owner needs to have a working knowledge of basic accounting principles and an understanding of the primary financial statements.

Everyone needs a business pitch!!! Your pitch creates a verbal picture of what your business does, why it does it, and the value of doing business with you. You should have a short 90-second pitch, sometimes referred to as an “elevator” pitch, and a longer, more inclusive 5-minute pitch to use when asking for funding, looking for investors or selling your products or services.
This Cohort will provide you with the support needed to create and present your pitches and the opportunity for lasting relationships.

After completing the seven sessions in the Pitch Cohort, you will have
created and practiced a 90-sec pitch and a 5-min pitch that will effectively and efficiently
“sell” your company and may also be used for future pitching competitions.

Diverse backgrounds, different voices, and unique needs may call for specialized resources and mentoring approaches.
