I was a Certified Management Trainee in each functional area of the U.S.. Postal Service: Mail Processing and Delivery Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, and Maintenance. As Retail and Delivery Operations supervisor, a Manager Customer Service, Postmaster, Marketing manager, Corporate Relations Specialist, and Commercial Sales Analyst I have supported internal and external customers throughout the country to be in compliance and achieve company goals. I have extensive management experience at the local, District and Headquarters level. Ive managed operations in 20+ branch post office, with 300+ staff, developed retail projects and opened new facilities, had district responsibility for 450 branch post offices, residential and business customers and $170M in retail and commercial revenue.
