We will review some of the different types of catering options you can offer as well as Offsite catering and Onsite catering. We will discuss pricing, menu and bar offerings and equipment needed. We will also review some of the marketing that most caterers do, as well as talk about contracts and staffing.
This is a general session to educate anyone interested in starting a catering business about what to think about prior to starting a catering business, and the pros and cons.
We will have a follow-up session on writing a Business Plan for a Catering Business if there is enough interest.
