Entered Commercial Interior Design and Project  Management in 1970; collaborated with clients, design specialist engineers, architects and constructors and successfully communicated with employees of client organizations. Structured and participated in ten corporate headquarters. Participated in numerous research and facility space needs analysis projects. 

Purchased the Philadelphia office of national design firm and operated it with a staff ranging in size from 16 to 45 professionals. We worked on full service projects from establishing the space requirements for staff and relationships of functions through documentation, construction and occupancy by the clients.

The projects ranged in size from small (1,000 SF) to large (1,250,000 SF) Headquarters projects.
