Experienced in three core areas: Labor and Employment, Litigation, and Commercial Law. In Litigation, tried and defended civil cases, commercial and labor arbitration on wide variety of topics in state and federal courts. For example, employee benefit litigation, including an ERISA case before the U.S. Supreme Court, stock option litigation, theft of trade secret litigation, and enforcement of confidentiality, nondisclosure and noncompete agreements. In the field of Commercial Law, represented a variety of domestic and international businesses in matters such as purchase and sale of businesses, commercial contracts, government contracts, and specialized matters, such as successor liability and piercing the corporate veil.
