I owned and operated my own retail/wholesale business for more than 30 years Having strarted three store locations from "scratch", I can be very helpful to clients who are planning on starting up a new business. These entreprenuers are faced with many unknowns. This would include the need to develope a sound financial model, possible retail site selection and development, and actual business operation issues such as marketing, sales, hiring, accounts receivable management and cash flow planning.
