I have spent most of my life in the restaurant industry. I worked for an international pizza chain and helped franchised units. I was a multi unit Pizza owner for 5 years . Then I ran a coffee shop for 8 years before buying a Swensens ice cream franchise and expanding to two units for 10 years. Then I worked for a large corporation that contracted with the Tulsa airport to provide food and beverage operations for the airport. We ran 2 bagel shops, 2 Starbucks, TGIFridays, Camilles sandwich shop, Mazzzios pizza and the Varsity sports bar. I am familiar with market surveys, site selection, construction, hiring, training, marketing and advertising. I know how to network and use social media. I have been involved with network marketing companies for 20 years.
