I can help you with franchised and non-franchised businesses, buying/selling businesses, as well as a host of finance/administration functions. My previous roles as a President and CEO included directing all administrative and operational functions of a business including accounting, budgets, cash flow, recruitment, training, leases, insurance, environmental issues and bankruptcy. I have also practiced as a Certified Public Accountant. For the majority of my career I helped grow my familys dry cleaning business to 40 locations in two states. Through the years the range of activity was wide and included securing and/or selling new locations, permits, specialized training, large equipment purchases and maintenance, and chemical usage.
