I can help nonprofits with strategic planning, board governance, grant writing, partnering, collaboration and succession planning. I am a retired professor of public policy, public administration, and social work. I am also a trained mediator and facilitator and have spent many years working with organizations to resolve conflicts. I sit on many boards of nonprofits, both on the Cape and in other states. I have taught classes and conducted workshops in nonprofit management. I have worked in state government and have experience with public private partnerships, contracting, advocacy, performance measuring and diversity. My most recent book is about forming and sustaining successful collaborations.
