Stewart Gloyer spent 38 years in the chemical industry working in research, commercial development, marketing, and production capacities. He also managed medium sized, global business units where he was responsible for profit and loss. During his career he was a member of the American Chemical Society, the American Oil Chemists Society and actively participated in the Soap and Detergent Association (SDA). He was awarded the Elva Walker Spillane Distinguished Service Award by the SDA in 2008. He currently is a SCORE volunteer and is involved in several other non profit organizations.
