With a CPA certification and a Masters degree in Taxation, I am a seasoned tax professional with over 40 years of experience in all areas of domestic and international taxes including tax planning, research and compliance for corporation, partnership and LLC. I have been instrumental in designing and implementing several creative tax planning strategies and developing various controls to improve the company’s bottom line. Furthermore, I have been significantly involved in executing multiple mergers and acquisitions both domestically & internationally and provided key advisory services to senior management. Finally, I am well versed in a variety of areas of taxation,
