How I can help you

Upon retiring from the US Air Force, I wanted to start my own business.  I researched franchise options and eventually bought into a franchise that I ran for three years, increasing revenue each year.  My wife at the time wanted to start a retail craft store so we built a business plan, secured bank funding, purchased inventory, and opened our doors to the public.  That business is still going 5 years later, with increasing revenue each year.  Through these experiences I learned there are few resources out there to help small business owners with running the business side of their business.  Examples include determing which business streams are profitable, what does my cash flow look like, how to best market the business, how are my customer relations, what should be growth strategy be, etc.  I developed a business health checklist to help dial in areas that need help and, more importantly, not to change the areas that are strong.  As a small business owner, my passion is to help other small business owners succeed.
