Rob possesses a unique blend of professional management consulting experience and hands-on entrepreneurial experience – from startup to exit. Rob is particularly well versed with strategic planning and execution of the plan. In addition to general business management, Rob has extensive experience in operations and organizational change management. Although Rob is highly analytical and detailed in his approach to “making it happen”, he always keeps in mind of the “big picture” in everything he does.
After his MBA, Rob began his management consulting career with Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young) in Cincinnati in 1986. Over the years, he worked with a wide range of organizations, from Fortune 500 companies to owner-operated businesses. After retiring from consulting in 2002, Rob ventured into the wine industry and started his own small business. After 6 years of hard work, Rob celebrated a successful exit with a big glass of wine.
Rob enjoys the outdoors, learning and appreciating different ways of life through his travels, and volunteering with Greater Seattle SCORE business mentoring program.
