Most recently, I founded DeMarino Consulting Group, LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in professional services business development, strategy and planning, program management, contract negotiations, budgets, outsourcing and process improvement. In this capacity, I managed the startup of a new healthcare technology services subsidiary and the development and deployment of new services.
Previously, I co-owned TGS Healthcare Solutions, LLC, startup healthcare services company, a nurse and therapy services business with 40+ client contracts and 200 clinicians. I sold the company in 2010.
In 1993, I joined a technology services firm where I started and built the technology consulting and solutions business called Paragon Solutions. As Vice President, Paragon Solutions, I was responsible for development, marketing and delivery of all solution service offerings to several markets including telecommunications, insurance and pharmaceuticals, delivering over $200 million in services.
My career with large corporate enterprises included a systems executive role for AT&T, responsible for managing an organization of 800 people that provided all national marketing and sales systems development and support. i also held technical management roles at Grumman Aircraft and Lucent Technologies. I previously I held a board position for The Society for Information Management.
