My area of expertise is in Sales and Marketing.  I can help SCORE Clients develop strategic business plans with a focus on Sales and Marketing.  I can offer advice on analyzing and targeting of markets, reaching customers and brand strategy. I can help improve sales performance for organizations that do face-to-face sales.

I believe that sales and marketing strategies include developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, positioning a company’s value and brand for optimal competitive advantage, by establishing strategy for consistent account management, new sales prospecting and management accountability.

My experience includes strategic business development, incorporating use of CRM systems, internal /external communications strategies, supporting of field, regional and corporate infrastructures as well as creating sales presentation materials for new account growth.
