I've launched 4 restaurant concepts from the ground-up, to include financing, menu development and operations (the second of which was done with the assistance of SCORE and a subsequent SBA Loan). I have extensive experience in both corporate and franchise settings. Since 1979, I've spearheaded the opening of numerous restaurants in the quick-service, fast-casual and full-service arenas. I have coordinated all operational activities for one merger and three acquisitions. I've owned and / or operated restaurant businesses in WA, OR, ID, CA, CO, OK, TX, AR, MS, TN, AL, GA, and NC. I have both Board and C-Suite experience. My true passions include management, operations, succession planning and P&L discoveries.
