I can help you be successful in the areas of business planning, business strategy, marketing research, and management.
As a business executive and management consultant, I have helped businesses of all sizes as well as non-profits. I provide help and assistance in developing business plans, designing management operations, and implementing hiring and retention tactics. I have a special interest in minority-owned businesses.
In addition to my management consulting practice, I am also a business professor at Rutgers Business School where I have taught courses in Business Strategy, International Business, Human Resources, Cross-Cultural Management, Team Development, and Executive and Multigenerational Leadership. I continue to be involved in local communities and non-profits. I have served on the Board of the Young Adult Institute and recently completed a two-year term as President of the Friends of the Manville Library.

I have a Ph.D, in Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) and am a licensed psychologist. I am also certified as a coach for the Hogan Assessment Series (for individual and ream ssessments).
