I am a management consultant, technology strategist, and program manager working with professional organizations to start-up, build, and grow as they navigate through transformation, operational, governance, and risk mitigation affairs. I work with leadership and cross-functional teams, acting as an advisor, a hands-on change agent, and a facilitator to help clients realize ROI, deliver competitive products, and advance sustainable high performance for consumers and owners. I have deep experience in information technology and has contributed directly to development and adoption of successful clinical, financial, analytic, educational, and governance products.
I joined Score in 2015. I established my consultancy in 2004 focusing on healthcare, higher education and legal industries. My consultancy has provided advisory and operational services to Boston University, GE eHealth, Partner’s Healthcare, and other leading institutions. Prior work includes program leadership roles leading technology-enabled change and performance programs at Arthur D. Little, Inc. and technology development at Boston University.
My goal is to employ all that I have learned to help my clients achieve their business objectives.
I have a BA in Philosophy and a BS in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University. Also a MA in Philosophy from the University of Iowa. I have, in the course of my career taken many courses in computer science. I occasionally teach MBA level courses.
