Experience in employee relations, executive coaching, training, wages, talent acquisition (recruitment) and retention, and benefits. I can help new or existing businesses with HR regulations, difficult employee situations, policies, and coaching to diminish conflict in the workplace. Also skilled in succession planning for leaders wanting to change roles or retire.
Currently building two small businesses from scratch. I have experience with business plan development, MT State licensing requirements, funding sources, site selection, social media advertising, and project planning.
