How I can help you

I can help your business or not-for-profit with banking, law and finance. I worked for the IRS as an estate tax attorney after law school. In my 51 years practicing law in Buffalo, NY, I merged my small firm with a much larger, statewide firm. I also served on the board of directors of a local commercial bank for 40 years and as chairman for 11. I am past-president of the UB Law Alumni Association, and past-president of the New York State Association of School Attorneys and its treasurer for 30 years. I was also the first president and founding member of the Bennett High School Alumni Association. I have served on several non-profit boards including a hospital foundation and board. I also served as pro bono counsel of the Graycliff Conservancy (Frank Lloyd Wright house).
