Philip C. Bolger is an accomplished, passionate, client-centered executive, trusted mentor, coach and advisor committed toward inspiring others to pursue their passions and achieve their business purpose and goals while also enabling greater good toward society. 

Phil has more than 32 years of broad and deep experience in the healthcare industry, holding executive leadership positions as a general manager with emphasis in sales, marketing, channel & distribution services, and manufacturing operations.  He is adept at guiding strategic initiatives and business planning with a process orientation, participative style and as a collaborative communicator enabling business owners and executives to lead their teams through change, emerging as high performing,profitable growth driven customer advocates. 

Phil is married for over 33 years to Mary Ann Karides Bolger, his college sweetheart, who together raised 2 wonderful children now pursuing their own life’s purpose and dreams.  Now as empty nesters, they enjoy experiencing the world through travel, volunteering at their church, and can't wait to be Grandparents.  In Phil's free time, he is passionate about golf, LSU sports, and H.S. baseball umpiring.

Phil is actively involved with a number of community charities to include serving as the Vice-Chair for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Board of Trustees - TN/AL Chapter, a member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church Parish Counsel, the International Orthodox Christian Charities and as a mentor/coach for SCORE.  He was previously on the Board of Trustees for the Specialty & Biotech Distributors Association (SBDA) and a member of both the Healthcare Distribution Management Association (HDMA) and Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA)
