In managing my own small retail business, I needed to be aware of all the various aspects of making it a success. The daily routine of making sure the customer experience was the best it could be was my number one goal. Having the right personnel, the right product and the right attitude produces the right outcome.
Marketing and business strategy and the power to change insured that my business had a great future and eventually the sale of the business would net the result I wanted.
Some of the areas of person growth came from courses taken in the expanse of my own field in the market place, but outside the occupational area I became a mentor in anger management and spiritual development. Correspondingly, I worked in traditional church leadership situations to help resolve issues in their congregation.
