In managing my own small retail business, I needed to be aware of all the various aspects of making it a success.  The daily routine of making sure the customer experience was the best it could be was my number one goal.  In business the power to change insures that the business will be sucuessful and have a great future.  Having the right personnel, the right product and the right attitude produces the right outcome.

Outside the occupational area I became a mentor in anger management and spiritual development. 

Worked in a family business in the tire and auto repair field. (1976-2017)

Served on the first national dealer council for the B F Goodrich Co.

Served on the Young Executive society of the national tire association and as its President.

Served seven years on the TirePros franchise dealer council.

Continuing education in religious studies and small groups

Worked with an organization that taught anger management skills to domestic abusers.
