Paula has over 28 years of professional work experience ranging from library assistant, office management, operations management, technical writing, communications consultant, up to her current role as a website designer. She has over 12 years of management/supervisory experience as an office and then operations manager. She has held several volunteer positions including webmaster, newsletter editor, social media/communications outreach, and safety officer. Her background includes working for universities, small businesses, federal agencies, and owning her own small business.

In her role as a guide for small business owners through the Wild World of the Web, she provides training in a variety of digital tools including social media and email marketing.
