How I can help you
With an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering and brief experience as an engineering officer in the Air Force and in petroleum refining, I became a patent agent while attending evening law school and then began a 45+ year career as an intellectual property attorney. In 1981, I co-founded RatnerPrestia, an intellectual property law firm. When I stepped down as CEO of the firm in 2011, it had grown and included 35 attorneys and 80 employees in three locations. Until my retirement in 2013, I traveled to China several times while leading the firm's China initiative.
