My clients greatly benefit from my 15 years as a small business owner as well as my previous 20+ years in the (high-tech) corporate world.  I bring a vast amount of experience (successes and failures) to the table for you to tap into and learn from. I grew my small business (a sign design, manufacturing and installation company) from 2 to 15 employees with revenue from zero to $1.6M per year.  Process and top-notch customer service were king in my sign company.  Smart/robust processes and well defined roles and responsibilities for all employees are extremely important foundational attributes that give small businesses more than a fighting chance in competitive markets.  I am very data-driven and analytical but don’t suffer from analysis paralysis.  When necessary I let my gut take over and drive decisions.  That is not my preferred way of managing but sometimes it’s the only way.  Customers are KING and need to be treated as such.  But they still need to be managed properly.  I have many resources within and outside SCORE to help you succeed.
