How I can help you
I can help you with any issues you have planning a technology based business start up or expansion. My background includes general management and engineering experience in the high technology field including developing new products and running large and small scale operations. I have over 40 years of experience in the semiconductor business retiring in 2010 as VP of operations and Plant Manager of National Semiconductor.
Since then I have been involved in starting and scaling up a new semiconductor company that services both the commercial and government market producing semiconductor products. My experience here included securing funding for capitalization as well as developing financial models and setting up Operations systems.
As a Adjunct professor for the University of Maine since 2012 for the school of Engineering and Technology I teach courses in Organization design, Supply Chain Management, as well as Economic analysis. I teach both classroom and on line courses working with many students who are balancing a full time job, family obligations, and classes. I find this very rewarding.
As you can see my background is varied and includes established large scale operations as well as new start ups.
