I can help you with business process development, organizational assessment and development, supply chain, and operations. I can also share my knowledge about commercial and military manufacturing.
I'm a subject matter expert within the manufacturing and training industry and have developed training curricula in lean manufacturing, business process improvement, quality best practices, project management, and leadership development. I hold board level positions in SMTA, APICS, and am working on the formation of the Florida West Coast Manufacturing Community Partnership. Former roles have included quality manager, operations manager, lean implementation manager, plant manager and vice president of operations.
A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I am currently an adjunct instructor for the University of South Florida and teach courses in Human Resources Management, Principles of Management, Organizational Assessment, Organizational Behavior and Negotiation. I was also an adjunct instructor with University of Phoenix and taught courses in Foundations of Business, Supervision and Leadership, Organizational Theory and Critical Thinking.
I authored “Finding the Gaps in Your Dominoes,” a book focused on organizational assessments, which was published by Great River Learning. In the past I served as a Florida State Sterling Examiner.
