Nick has led his team at Ritts Hospitality to build customer retention databases with 62,000 social media followers, 7,000 text club members and 25,000 rewards members. Ritts Hospitality has been a pioneer in the craft beer market. Nick's team manages over 300 different beers within the walls of their locations. Under his leadership sales have near doubled in all locations. While increasing sales, variable costs have decreased by way of bonus structures, supplier negotiations and effective placement of a new management team. Nick is well versed in beer programs, many forms of cuisine and management controls. He has created a successful secret shopper program for restaurants operated by Ritts Hospitality with over 500 mystery shoppers to date. The restaurant group continues to be highlighted in local and national news publications including Men's Journal, Detroit Free Press, Eater, Thrillist, Detroit News, CBS & more. The Ritts Hospitality restaurant group services in excess of 100,000 guests a year.
