As a business executive with 40 years of operations and management experience, I am here to support your efforts in establishing a new business or further developing an existing one. I can aid in developing business plans, strategies, and budgeting, as well as demystify your insurance needs. I am experienced in designing management operations, implementation of process improvements, and hiring and retention of staff.
I am involved in my local community as a member of the library Board of Trustees, serving as personnel and policy committee chair. I am also a six-year president of the president of the Friends of the Library. I can assist in non profit operations, budgeting and finance, operational planning, working with a board, and recruiting new board members.
