I am a retired financial advisor, having worked for both Merrill Lynch and UBS. Previously,I was an attorney with an international law firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions. I was also Associate Dean for Administration at the University of Houston Law Center, where I worked with not-for-profit organizations.

1987-1991 Attorney with Weil, Gotshal & Manges, an international law firm. I specialized in mergers and acquisitions.
1991-2002 Associate Dean of University of Houston Law Center. Managed administration of law school,including management of the law school's endowment.
2002-2015-Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch and UBS. Obtained clients (marketing), developed financial plans, and managed security portfolios for clients.
