How I Can Help You

My experience is key to how I can help SCORE clients. My education is in accounting, and I spent the first 21 years of my career either directly delivering accounting services to small businesses (as well as business analysis services) or training the firms accountants and office staff. For the remaining 21 years I managed the firm. My duties included managing day-to-day operations; hiring, promoting, disiplining and firing employees; functioning as project leader on all new enterprise introductions (some 100% internal and some developed as cooperative efforts with partners); and preparing annual budgets and the associated required growth in both client numbers and financial success. A final key part of my experience is that the firms accountants all worked remotely. They worked out of their homes and services clients throughout PA.
