I help SCORE clients with both starting a new business and with running an existing one. For startups, I can help by being a sounding board for the idea and advise on the basics of setting up, funding and getting off the ground. With existing businesses, I've helped clients with market strategy and marketing, with improving their profitability and operations, and even with how to position their business to sell it.
I'm happy to work with local clients face-to-face, both at SCORE offices and at their places of business or a nearby coffee shop, and with clients anywhere in the world via phone or video conference.
In 25 years of consulting before joining SCORE, I worked for clients in industries ranging from cheese to rocket boosters, primatrily on market strategy and operations, so I'm a generalist.
