Mike Miottel was the founding partner and President of MJM Management Company, LLC. The company started in 1986 . MJM specializes in Consumer Packaged Goods (“CPG”), consumable natural, gourmet and specialty food products sold to consumers through the US grocery and natural food channels. MJM Management is known as a “Next Stage” expert, taking start-ups into first markets, local companies into regional expansion and regional companies into national distribution. Clients vary in size from less than $200,000 to $25 million in annual sales.
After 26 years running MJM Management and a total of 50 years in sales, Mike Miottel retired in mid 2014. The business is headquartered in Mill Valley, California and is now run by Matt Miottel, Mike’s son.
