As an entrepreneur for over 20 years I have been successful in every aspect of business start-up and turn-around.I started 3 businesses from cocktail napkins, one of which became the fastest growing national franchise in Denver history. As such, I am familiar with the process of taking a business from initiation to national franchise. In addition, as a hired gun, I turned around 4 poorly performing businesses, two Golds Gyms in California and two Racquet Clubs in New York including The New York Health and Racquet Club. In addition, I have designed, implemented and operated several successful retail establishments including a wine shop opened in a town population of 20 that became one of the largest shippers of retail wines in Sonoma County.
