Onondaga Community College, Syracuse NY – Continuing Education Instructor –April ’11 to Present Developed a comprehensive three-hour presentation. Information focused on the details to successfully pass the New York State Notary Public Licensing Exam. Instruct one session classes for students who are planning on taking the NY State exam. Proposed a Notary Loan Signing class that was accepted for the Fall ’11 semester. Develop a presentation for six, two hour sessions when complete students will be fully qualified to conduct any type of loan signing assignment, including CEMA, Refi, Purchase, Sale, Reverse (HECM), Modifications, Debt Settlement, Home Equity and Factoring documents. Duly Commissioned New York State Notary Public, Syracuse NY – Notary Public – Jan ’10 to Present As a Notary I am a ministerial official who must adhere to stringent state laws, directives and regulations. I have undergone specialized training to obtain my certification as a National Notary Association (NNA) Certified and Background Screened Notary Signing Agent, Trusted Enrollment Agent as well as the Trusted Notary Certification. I am a strong advocate for continuing education for Notaries of all States. My training allows me to act as an impartial witness for many types of important transactions. Verify identification for documents and security screening for government defense contractors. I am compliant with Gramm-Leach-Bliley rules (GLB). To date, I have overseen more than 2000 notarizations. Being a mobile Notary I have acted as a Public Servant in just about every type of location from parking lots, to hospitals, coffee shops, offices, banks, jails, libraries, as well as people’s private residences.
